JustFix Automotive respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect when you book a service, enquire about a repair or use this website, how we use it, and how you can get in touch about it.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address, when you submit the quote or booking form.
- Your vehicle details — make, model and registration — so we can quote and service the right car.
- Service and repair history for your vehicle, kept as part of our workshop records.
- Anything you tell us in an enquiry message or over the phone.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and book your vehicle in.
- To carry out and invoice the work, and to keep the service records a warranty claim relies on.
- To contact you about your vehicle — for example when a service is due, or if we find something during a job that needs your approval.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
Who we share it with
We share your details only where it is needed to do the work: parts suppliers and specialist sub-contractors for your specific job, our booking and payment providers, and our accountants or insurers where required. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How we store it
Booking and enquiry records are held in our workshop management and booking systems, and invoices are kept for the period Australian tax law requires. We take reasonable steps to protect them from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need.

Submitting the quote form on this site sends your name, contact details, vehicle and message to our workshop email. The site uses cookies only where they are needed for it to function.
Accessing or correcting your information
